aivika Mobile Document Capture is an extension of a specialised software designed for document processing and business workflows – aivika capture. It enables you to scan, digitize, capture, route, store and optimise your business-critical information, empowering you to streamline your business processes so that you can do more, while working less.

aivika Mobile Document Capture is designed to simplify your workflows without compromising manageability, reliability, and flexibility. For instance, you can automate the process of capturing all your claims, invoices, and quotations for an account department for a faster response to payment approvals.

Using aivika Mobile Document Capture to optimise your business workflows is simple, with or without internet connection: -
1) Simply take photos or select the documents or pictures in your device, GPS tags can also be captured if required.
2) Select a template and use it to extract and convert data and information from captured/loaded documents/images in the desired manner and output to the desired format.
3) Pre-processing of captured/loaded documents/images can be done on the device; this includes adding a signature.
4) Finally, just send the captured/loaded documents/images to the server for processing.
5) When the device has no internet connection, Offline Mode will automatically activate, and captured/loaded documents/images will temporarily be stored on the device. These files will be uploaded to the processing engine once connection is re-established.

When the server receives your documents, it will process your documents using the previously selected template, then automatically store or send them to the desired destination(s) (e.g.: send to E-mail, FTP, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, M-Files, DocuWare, NetDocuments and many more, visit our website for our ever expanding list of connectors)

aivika needs to be connected to a ScannerVision™ server which is going to perform the bulk of the processing, like read barcodes, perform OCR and Zone OCR, convert documents to different file formats such as searchable PDF and many more.
